Our life as a result has become toxic so disturbed and dysfunctional that we resort to dissociation in alcohol, drugs, food, romance etc. . We grasp that the root of our problem is not alcohol, but all the trauma we experienced as children and have not yet acknowledge, and that’s why we come to the stages. If we can cure the root causes of our addiction then everything will be start to be resolves and we will understand true recovery.</span>
